ITX  Distribution

NOTE: The Cornell ITX Telephony Application platform has been upgraded to Version 2, as of September 15, 1999.  What has been added: conferencing software (PINT), optional directory services (new constructor for DesktopSignaling), portable password encryption.   To get just the executables, download cutel-2c.exe and follow the instructions in the deployment guide.  To get everything, download the source tree.

The ITX software is distributed in several parts:

• CUTel - a "deployment" package that walks you through installing the directory server and some applications that use the ITX system.  Start here for a demo of the software.

  • cutel-2c.exe - Installs the package onto your NT machine.  If you have a Dialogic card,  it can be used to install gateway software onto that machine as well. (4-5 MBytes)
• BIND - stuff to help you setup a bind DNS server to act as the ITX directory
  • installing BIND as a directory server
  • building a BIND database of users and applications
  • source for BIND client and DSComm.dll
  • Unix source and instructions for building a BIND client and DSComm.so (.tar format)
• The source tree for the ITX package.  Includes documentation and examples. (15 MBytes)
