contact-high-school dataset (labeled)
This is a static, annotated hypergraph version of the temporal
higher-order contact-high-school
dataset. Each hyperedge corresponds to a group of people that were all
in proximity of one another at a given time, based on data from
sensors worn by students. Each node is labeled with the classroom to
which the student belongs. Some summary statistics of the dataset are:
- number of nodes: 327
- number of hyperedges: 7,818
- mean / median hyperedge size: 2.3 / 2.0
- rank of hypergraph (maximum hyperedge size): 5
- number of node classes: 9
- Generative hypergraph clustering: from blockmodels to modularity.
