Argument Integer (0 or 1)

Description Send by the JChannel when method GetState was called. If the argument is 0, this means get the state from 1 existing member of the group. If it is 1, get the states of all members (as a Vector). The STATE_TRANSFER layer will catch this message and eventually return a GET_STATE_OK event with the state(s).
