1. Aquire Images

   

2. Make Masks

   
   
   In scissors, apply the brush to where the scissor should be placed and scissor the image. Export as mask.
   
   

3. Use Photoshop to cut out images with masks

   Use Photoshop's layer mask tool. Paste the mask into the layer's mask. Export new image as png (as seen above).
   
   

4. Combine all transparent pngs in Photoshop

   

5. Apply filters, shadows, outer glows, gradient overlays, scaling, skewing, resizing, and text.
