For the artifact, I created a scene in which a boy is bowling on Ho plaza

To create this image, I started out with the following image of a boy bowling:

I then used the scissors tool using my own code and cut out the boy and the ball to create the following masks:

I then pasted these images using the "mask" tool in photoshop onto the Ho Plaza scene. I blurred some of the edges around the ball and the boy to clean up the edges. I also used the "burn" tool to create the shadows on the concrete of the boy and the ball. This makes the scene more believable.
