Perspective
In the second of the three graphics lectures, we focus more on the designers. This time we address the issue of perspective, and show how focusing on 2d makes this a nontrivial design choice.
The terms covered in this video are somewhat controversial. People use terms like “axonometric” to refer to different things. But the goal of this lecture is to make sure that we have a shared vocabulary for this class, so that we can properly evaluate our choice of perspective.
