Starting MATLAB in the ACCEL Labs
To start MATLAB in the ACCEL Labs do the following:
- Make sure the computer is running Windows. If not, restart it following the instructions on the screen or switch to another available computer that is running Windows.
- Once in Windows, go to the Start Menu
- Click on Programs
- Click on MATLAB and then R2007a
- Wait a few seconds.
Note: Once MATLAB has started, your
Current Directory will be set to
labuser\MyDocuments\MATLAB. Remember to
copy your scripts to this directory so that MATLAB can
find them. Alternatively, you may change this directory
to any other directory of your choice by clicking on the
button labelled "..." on the top of the screen and
browsing to the directory location.
