Notifications

You can have CMSX email you when certain events occur in a course.  To configure these options, click the Notifications link on the Navigation bar on the left side of the page.  Notifications are configurable per course.  The course you are currently viewing (i.e. CS Demo) is always displayed at the top of the Navigation bar on the left side of the page. Check off the email notifications you would like to receive, then click the Update button at the bottom of the page.

Notification emails are available for the following events:

1. An assignment is released: any associated files can be downloaded, submissions are open
    
2. A due date is changed
    
3. On group activity: you receive an invitation, or an invitation you have sent was rejected or accepted
    
4. Grades for an assignment become available
    
5. One of your grades is changed: for example, in response to a regrade request
    
6. You or someone in your group successfully submits a file
    
7. Your group's scheduled timeslot changes for any assignment
    
8. Final Grades are released
