I am a graduate student in the Department of Computer Science at Cornell University. My advisor is Professor Keshav Pingali . I work on software systems for high-performance computers. My interests span the range from computational science to restructuring compilers and databases. For my thesis, I have been developing techniques for automatic generation of sequential and parallel sparse matrix codes from corresponding dense codes and descriptions of sparse matrix data structures. This work is part of the Bernoulli project.
